Collegium Krav Maga - School of Self-Defense "So that one may walk in peace" - Imi Lichtenfeld

WHAT IS KRAV MAGA?

Krav Maga is a self-defense system based on basic human reflexes. It doesn’t include any specific rules or traditional costumes. Krav maga’s purpose is to give maximum chances of surviving the life-threatening situation and to ensure a safe return home to our family. This system focuses on aggressive and intelligent use of any available tool, from improvised weapons to the bare fists. It is characterized by aggression, determination and tenacity. You must remember that there are only two options in a sports fight: you either win or lose and both of them are accepted. In Krav Maga we also have two options – you win and come home or lose and end up in the ICU, lose a loved one, or die. You surely don’t want this. That’s why you have to do your best to end up winning. This system is designed for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’re a soldier with ten-year-old experience, a good-hearted 16-year-old boy bullied at school, or you’ ve just turned 70. We work with children, civilians, seniors, athletes, MMA fighters, policemen and soldiers. We work with anyone who wants to increase their chances of survival. With anyone who wants to protect themselves and their loved ones.
