During the classes for children, we don’t just let the kids run around and then we say goodbye. Thanks to cooperation with psychologists and pediatricians we have developed the methodology of working with young adults. We want them to develop independence, responsibility, resourcefulness, tenacity and the ability to take care of their own health and life in emergency situations. We harden not only their bodies but also their spirit! We mix gymnastic exercises with teaching a proper technique. Our goal is to prepare them both physically and mentally so that even if they’re fatigued or face overwhelming adversities, they will never give up.
