Adam started his sport adventure in 1987 at the age of sixteen in the boxing section of the RTS Widzew Łódź club, where he was training for two years under the supervision of excellent coaches – Roman Rożek and Mirosław Pacholski. Over the next years, he tried his luck at various disciplines and martial arts. In 2001, he started training Krav Maga at the Krav Maga Institute in Łódź under the supervision of Elina Toneva (now Expert 4 UKM), and then Karolina Kowalkiewicz (UFC player) and Mateusz Orczykowski (now ITS). In 2018, he completed the Civil Krav Maga Instructor and Law Enforcement Instructor Israeli Tactical School courses in Deventer, the Netherlands. He is also an Instructor of Physical Recreation with self-defense specialization. Since 2019, he co-creates the School of Krav Maga and Self-Defense Collegium Krav Maga. On a daily basis, he conducts personal training, training for the beginners group, self-defense training for companies and thematic Krav Maga seminars in Łódź.
