Tomek started his adventure with Krav Maga in 2011, under the supervision of Karolina Kowalkiewicz and Mariusz Jasiński in the IKMF organization. In September 2012, he started training under the eye of Mateusz Orczykowski and Jarek Rogowski (GKMA). He has participated in many Krav Maga seminars conducted by e.g. Tamir Gilad, Jean Paul Jauffret and Amit Himelstein. Since September 2017, he has been training under the supervision of Michał Góralczyk. In March 2018, he obtained instructor qualifications from Amit Himelstein in the Israel Kapap Federation. In July 2018, he completed the Krav Maga and Law Enforcement Instructor course at the Israeli Tactical School conducted by Mateusz Orczykowski and Michał Chodzyński. In January 2019, he became an Instructor of Physical Recreation with self-defense specialization. Tomek is constantly mastering his skills and actively participates in various training types, including boxing and kettlebell workouts (using StrongFirst method). He is one of the co-founders of Collegium Krav Maga Polish Self-Defense School.
